THE FORK RHINO RECEIVER
This shackled Fork Rhino receiver is a forklift attachment that allows you to move trailers and equipment with your forklift. Yet, it's 1/3 the size of most trailer spotters! The Rhino restraint system locks the shackled Fork Rhino receiver into place. The use of a binder will prevent the jerking action often experienced with other trailer spotters. This Fork Rhino receiver will eliminate uneven fork sag. You can do away with the single fork method of moving trailers which results in for sag and uncontrolled fork swing. The rigidity of the Fork Rhino receiver evenly spreads the load to both forks.
The load capacity of the shackled Fork Rhino receiver is limited to the interchangeable ball and insert rating. The shackle supplied with the shackled Fork Rhino is rated for 6,500 pounds. A Grade 70 chain and binder pins are suggested for attaching and securing the shackled Fork Rhino to the forklift. Inserts for the Fork Rhino receiver are available at an additional cost. Individual fork truck tipping weight may differ from the load capacity of the Fork Rhino.
INSTALLATION: Maximum fork width = 6''. #1) Position forks so they are 1-3/4'' apart. #2) Slide Fork Rhino onto forks until fork tips press against the limiting pins. #3) Consult your forklift manufacturer's manual for instructions on properly attaching the chain to the fork truck. #4) Hook trailer safety chains to Fork Rhino carrying handles.
