JessEm's Metric Mast-R-Lift II is your one-stop solution for your fixed base router lifting needs! Not only does this router lift give you above-the-table access to your router to make adjustments and bit changes easy and convenient (no more bent wrenches!), it is designed to accommodate most fixed base routers currently on the market, right out of the box. JessEm's high standards of manufacturing are present in the Mast-R-Lift II. This lift features a 9-1/4 in. x 11-3/4 in. top plate mounted on steel spindles containing 5 double sealed bearings, ensuring smooth operation on the spindles with even the heaviest of routers. It also includes JessEm's patented tensioning mechanism on the threaded spindles to remove backlash and vibration, and to prevent setting changes while routing. Features a dedicated locking mechanism for heavy duty, long term routing operations. Now you can rout with confidence, knowing your lift will not shift out of position! The shafts on the Mast-R- Lift II are pressed into the shaft mount with hydraulic pressure, not just threaded to the top plate. This design provides a very rigid and durable mount that will withstand the toughest routing operations. In addition, the top plate is hard anodized, giving a thick coating that is resistant to abrasion and will last for years to come! The Mast-R-Lift II includes the following: metric lift, mounting hardware, 1 starter pin, 2 hex keys, 1 crank handle, 3 insert rings (1-3/8 in., 2 in., and 2-1/2 in.), and 1 insert wrench. The Mast- R-Lift II 02120 is compatible with the following routers: Porter Cable , Bosch 1617/1618, DeWalt 610/616/618, Craftsman 17543/17540/28190, Makita 1101, Hitachi M12VC,/KM12VC, Milwaukee 5626/5615/5616/5619, Rigid R29302. A model with a smaller top plate is available to fit non-JessEm tables with smaller openings.
