This is new old stock, recently found deep in VMTW's warehouse. The product is brand new; it has never been used. This product has been inspected, and to VMTW's knowledge, all parts/hardware are accounted for - see pictures/images for included inventory. The product is fully functional. Wood is anything but uniform—it has long grain, short grain, quarter grain, end grain, and even cranky grain. It can be hard or soft, stringy or dense. MTC low-angle planes are designed to handle all these variations. Each of the three blades offers a different cutting angle tailored for specific tasks: a very low 25-degree angle for precise end grain shaving, a versatile 38-degree for general smoothing, and a high 50-degree angle for tackling figured and challenging timbers.
