This product is an open box/customer return. This product has been inspected and to VMTW's knowledge, these are the missing parts/hardware: two of the extra cutter head tips. The product shows signs of wear/damage, the product has been used. The product is fully functional. See pictures/images for details.
These Carbide tipped lathe tools stay sharp a very long time allowing you to stay at your project rather then having to continuously stop to re-touch your cutting tool at the grinder. When they do need sharpening, all you need to do is loosen the screw, rotate the carbide, re-tighten, and you are ready to go!
