It used to be that you had to reach for the RPM control knob which was upside down on the back of the router. Most knobs were marked 1-10, couldn't be seen anyway and the best you could do was a guess at the motors rpm, usually a low, medium or high were the best you could do. No longer! Our 3.25 HP Router Motor is plenty strong enough to turn the largest router bits you can use in a router table. The digital RPM visual display will allow you to repeatedly dial in the exact RPM as recommended by the manufacturer. The on-off switch can be mounted conveniently and safely on the front of your router stand. No need to reach under the table to fumble to find the on off switch.
